Lot Manager
Oversees the daily operation of the tree lot from open to close. Responsible for scheduling help, inventory, product presentation, invoicing, sales and setting up deliveries. Coordinates temp labor and keeps track of hours for payroll. Maintains a clean work area and services tools as needed. Job runs from Nov 20 to Dec 22nd , 7 days a week.
Looking for self motivated, positive, hard-working candidates with sales and supervisor experience who can operate independently in a high energy environment. Exceptional customer services skills required. Must be able to lift +100 lbs for unloading trees and displaying large trees. 90+ hour/week required.
Lot Worker
Assists in the day to day operation of the tree lot. Unloads tree deliveries and properly stacks/stores trees. Displays trees in lot securely and quickly. Operates chainsaw and securely fastens trees to vehicles. Labor intensive job. Work on as needed basis with incoming shipments and busy weekends. Must be able to lift +150 lbs.
Delivery Driver
In charge of delivery and setup of trees to residences and businesses. High level of customer service required. Awareness and courtesy to safely and efficiently deliver and set up trees in customers' residences and businesses. Must be able to pass driving record check. Must be able to safely set up trees up to 14'.
